The challenge
Ten seconds, three cities.
The spot was made in 2019 for Wagner's Big City pizzas. Each variety is named after a metropolis, such as Budapest, Boston or Sydney, and picks up typical ingredients and spices of that city.
In just a few seconds the script jumps through three cities and ends on the German claim „Big City essen, Big City erleben.“ That needs a voice with energy and a cosmopolitan feel that still does not sound rushed.
And the voice has to land instantly: in the feed, where thumbs scroll on quickly, and on Spotify, where the spot is only heard.
